These Content Guidelines apply to all listings on AI Tools Host, including free submissions and claimed/verified listings. By submitting or claiming a tool, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Accuracy Requirements
All information submitted must be:
- Truthful: Descriptions must accurately represent the tool's features and capabilities
- Current: Information should reflect the current state of the tool
- Complete: Essential details like pricing model and key features must be included
- Original: Descriptions should be unique and not copied from other sources
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not allowed:
- False or misleading claims about the tool's capabilities
- Spam, duplicate listings, or keyword stuffing
- Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Malicious software or tools designed for illegal activities
- Adult content or gambling-related tools (without proper disclosure)
- Deceptive pricing information or hidden fees
Image Guidelines
Screenshots and logos must:
- Be high quality and clearly visible
- Accurately represent the actual tool interface
- Not contain watermarks from other sites
- Be properly sized (recommended: 1200x630 for screenshots)
- Not include offensive or inappropriate imagery
Claimed Listings
Verified/claimed listing owners have additional responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Keep listing information up-to-date
- Not misuse the verified badge for unauthorized tools
- Maintain compliance with all platform policies
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal or editing
- Listing suspension or removal
- Revocation of verified status (without refund for serious violations)
- Permanent ban from the platform
