Lifetime Ownership Fee
The Lifetime Ownership fee of $399 USD is a one-time payment for claiming and verifying your tool listing on AI Tools Host.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Rejected Claims: If your claim is rejected due to verification issues that cannot be resolved, you will receive a full refund
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same claim
- Technical Issues: If our platform errors prevented your claim from being processed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Approved Claims: Once a claim is approved and verified, the fee is non-refundable
- Policy Violations: Claims rejected due to content guideline violations, misrepresentation, or fraud
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the listing after payment
- Tool Removal: If your tool is later removed due to policy violations
- Benefits Already Delivered: Once promotional benefits (featured placement, newsletter mentions, etc.) have been provided
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at contact@aitoolshost.com within 7 days of payment
- Include your claim reference number (CLAIM-XXX-TOOLNAME)
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Include your payment transaction reference
Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Domestic transfers (India): 5-7 business days
- International transfers: 7-14 business days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Bank fees for international transfers may be deducted from the refund amount.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered:
- If some promotional benefits have already been delivered before a refund request
- If significant platform resources were used in processing your claim
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us with additional documentation supporting your case. All decisions by AI Tools Host are final.
