If you submit a tool for listing on AI Tools Host and it is ultimately not approved by our review team, you are eligible for a full refund of any submission fees paid. To qualify for this refund, your request must be made within 3 calendar days from the date you receive notification of the submission's rejection.
Eligibility: Applies only to tools that are submitted and subsequently rejected.
Request Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days of rejection notification.
Once any listing service, including tool submissions, sponsorship packages, or any other paid listing, has been approved, paid for, and successfully published live on the AI Tools Host website, all sales are considered final. No refunds will be provided for any fees associated with such listings, regardless of future performance or changes to the listing's status.
Final Sale: All payments for published listings are non-refundable.
No Exceptions: This policy applies once the listing is live on the platform.
All bookings and purchases for advertising services, including App Ads, Event Advertising, and Deal Advertising, are considered final and are non-refundable. This policy is in effect due to the immediate blocking of advertising space and resources upon confirmation of your booking or purchase. This applies regardless of the duration (e.g., weekly, monthly, or custom campaigns).
Final Sale: All payments for any type of advertising service are non-refundable.
Immediate Resource Allocation: Refunds are not offered as advertising inventory is reserved and made available upon successful transaction.
No Cancellations/Changes: Once an advertising campaign is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged for a refund, except at the sole discretion of AI Tools Host in extraordinary circumstances.
With the sole exception of fees paid for non-approved tool submissions (as outlined in Section 1), all other sales and transactions on AI Tools Host for any service, including all forms of advertising, are considered final and non-refundable. Please review your selections carefully before completing any purchase.

For Tool Submissions only: The date of the rejection notification (if applicable).
A brief explanation of your request or issue.
Approved refunds for non-approved tools will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation. Please be aware that it may take additional time (depending on your bank or payment processor) for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
In the event a refund is issued, AI Tools Host reserves the right to terminate access to any related services or listings for which the refund was processed.
AI Tools Host reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the AI Tools Host website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of our refund practices.
